Every 10 years the federal government holds a Census Count to determine the number seats each state has in Congress and your political representation at state and local levels of government. The typical Census paper mailings have been delayed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and may not arrive at your home until the end of April.

Luckily, Texans can self-respond by filling out a quick and easy oneline questionnaire at www.my2020census.gov or by answering a few questions by calling 844-330-2020 (English), 844-468-2020 (Spanish), and 844-467-2020 (TDD). The deadline to self-respond has been extended to October 31st.

Filling out a Census is part of our civic duty, so even amidst the global pandemic it's important we do our part! Visit www.my2020census.gov to fill out your questionnaire today.
