Kendall joined the firm in 2018 as a paralegal in the Houston office. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Marketing. During her tenure at the University of Houston, She developed "Cougars in Recovery", A campus support group. Kendall was also an active member of the Women of the Public Relations Society. She began her career in marketing, but her passion for law led her to a different career path. Kendall began her legal career as a paralegal for a successful well-known medical malpractice firm in Houston. She has continued to expand her professional credentials by becoming a notary for the state of Texas and by joining the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. Kendall's background in law and marketing has positively enhanced client development at Powell, Youngblood and Taylor. She is part of the special education law group and assists in due process hearings for public school districts throughout Texas. Beyond the firm, Kendall volunteers for the Texas Parent PAC, Friends of Public Schools and Texas Rural Education Association.
